Our Story

About CONCORD Center for Mediation (under the aegis of the CONCORD Trust)

Conflicts and disputes are often temporary. Though disagreements may continue for years, the urge to seek resolution and move forward is a natural human instinct. We believe every person possesses an inner perception that helps them understand what has happened and chart their own meaningful way forward.

CONCORD was established as a consensus-maker for society in the year 2019 as the first mediation service provider in North East region of India — providing an effective method of alternative dispute resolution. Our philosophy is grounded in the principle that every effort toward an amicable resolution deserves skilled, neutral, and fee-free initial assistance.

We operate under the framework of the Mediation Act, 2023, offering mediation services in both in-person(offline) and secure online modes, ensuring that every settlement reached through our centre carries full legal validity and enforceability.
